Wholesaler Application

You need to have a retail clothing store in order to be eligible to open a wholesale account with Donna Vinci.

Your application will only be processed after the below form and the following documentation is received:

• A copy of your retail store re-sale license
• Copy of your store's business card, and
• Three copies of invoices that show purchase of ladies apparel from other vendors.
